Let your body and mind escape to the magical surroundings of the Wicklow mountains. Enjoy yoga and meditation classes, take time to yourself and enjoy roaming within the 38 acres of private land. Meet the Alpacas, swim in the heated pool or just sit and unwind in the sauna. While you are zenning out, the amazingly creative chefs will be preparing mouthwatering food made with locally sourced produce.

Check in Sunday from 10.30am

Relax, settle in with a fresh pressed juice and some freshly made cookies.

Yoga Flow – 12noon to 1.15pm – A class allowing each of you to move with your energy and your body to encourage you to release and relax into the tranquil surroundings.

Lunch – 1.30pm – 2.30pm – Homemade soup and Superfood salad.

Your Afternoon – This is your time to nourish your soul.

All Yoga classes are optional. If you would rather enjoy a swim, a nap, a walk or avail of the amazing
spa. Powerscourt Spa is recognised as the leading spa hotel in Ireland. – It is your time to indulge
whatever part of your body, mind, soul that needs some extra love.

Yoga Technique Class/Exploring Asanas. A class that will be suitable for all levels. Time will be given to any questions about yoga, the poses and the philosophy behind the practice.

Spandex to Sparkles – Have a swim, take a shower – If you feel like dressing up or if yoga pants are your happy place – See you for dinner in what feels good for you.

Dinner – After all that body, soul and mind work – Time to relax and chat over a meal prepared with
Yogis in mind in the beautiful surroundings of the Wicklow hills.

If weather is mild we can move out and unwind after dinner by the fire pit.

Yoga Nidra – A guided meditation, done lying down. This practice will take you deep inside to a space where unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves. A state of deep, blissful awareness. The prefect “night cap”.

Monday 18th March

Bruch style Breakfast – An amazing selection from the creative chefs that will set you up for your day.

Meditation and Breathing techniques – Quietly awaken your body and mind through pranayama and a guided and balancing meditation.

Energising Yoga Flow – This class will bring energy to every part of your body. A creative Yoga Flow that will work to clear any dull energies and take you to a space of openness and lightness.

Enjoy a swim, a sauna, a stroll amongst the alpacas or just embrace the beauty of the stunning
scenery. I will be available to chat to you about any aspect of your practice, and answer all of your yoga
questions.

12noon – Checkout – You can continue to relax in the beautiful grounds or explore the surrounding Wicklow, Enniskerry area in your what I hope will be a very Zen like state.
